Another great place to play disc golf in the Comox Valley is the Village Park course located across from the Comox Recreation Centre at 1855 Noel Ave. This course is tucked into a small park with a playground in the centre and is tougher than it looks especially from the longer tees. The course has nice “tee” off pads and 9 baskets and to play 18 holes you simply move to a separate set of pads and aim for the same baskets that you used for the first nine. You need to be very accurate since trees dominate the landscape but the relatively open understory means you won’t tend to lose a misplaced disc.
The course has nice tee off pads and a map for each hole - a children's playground is at the centre of the park
The front nine has
holes ranging from 138 feet to 228 feet and the back nine they range from 156
feet to 255 feet. So families with
younger kids may or people that can’t throw that hard may want to just stick to
the front nine. Be aware that there is a
playground in the centre and that the trails may be used by others so be
prepared to yell fore on some holes. We
really like this course and since it is closest to our house I can see us
playing here the most. For more information on disc golf in the Comox Valley

The first hole has one of the few baskets on a grassy lawn out of the forest
